Who we are
Rensed ApS (in formation), Denmark, is the data controller for this website. Contact: hello@rensed.dk.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist we store the email address you give us, and, only if you choose to add them, your postcode, whether you would rather own or subscribe, and whether you are a private household, salon, hotel or landlord. The website sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers; fonts and media are served from our own domain.
Why, and on what basis
We use your details for one purpose: writing to you about Rensed Sol, the waitlist and the launch. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form. We do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we send no messages beyond what the form promises.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or at the latest 12 months after launch communication ends. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@rensed.dk. You can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
